The Harnett County African American Heritage Center celebrated local leaders and community champions at the 2nd Annual Harnett County Juneteenth Trailblazers Awards on Friday, June 19, at the Harnett County Commons — honoring the Shawtown Alumni Association among individuals, churches, and organizations whose service has strengthened the county's African American community.
